While there were snubs, Foxx got a well-deserved recognition.
The singer, a triple threat known for using his talents in many fashions, was nominated for Best Performance In Stand-Up Comedy On Television category for his latest Netflix special. Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was… will be released on Tuesday, December 10.
According to VIBE Magazine, the singer will bravely turn his medical emergency in 2023 into comedy. Hollywood and supporters were sharing their thoughts and prayers about his health scare that left him hospitalized. It also sparked various clone rumors and conspiracy theories.
Finally, Foxx will put all rumors to rest in the highly anticipated comedy special, and he is also award-nominated for it.
