Spending time with your parents is such a loving thing to do, especially when the bond is as strong as it was when you were younger. Growing up, there were always episode plots with messages about how vital it is to spend time with your parents; of course, that came after the cringey "hanging out with your parents is lame" scenes.
Flex Alexander, who starred as Flex Washington on the hit '00s series One on One, is just as great of a father off-screen as he was with his fictional daughter, Breanna Barnes, played by Kyla Pratt, on-screen. Alexander has two children, a daughter, Imani, and a son, Elijah, with his wife, Grammy-nominated R&B singer Shanice.
