A young Robert Ri'chard played a bully on The Jamie Foxx Show before he was Arnez Ballard in One on One

Robert Ri'chard has been in the industry since he was a child. He even snagged a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Performer in Children's Programming for his performance in the made-for-TV movie In His Father's Shoes (1998). Ri'chard is also known for his roles as Bobby Walker on the Nickelodeon sitcom Cousin Skeeter (1998–2002). Those early roles helped him become Arnez Ballard, Breanna's boyfriend on One on One.

With so many memorable roles, a few get overlooked, like when he guest starred on The Jamie Foxx Show. On the sitcom, Ri'chard played Bruce, a school bully who thought it was cool to take everyone's lunch money, including Nelson, Jamie's "Lil homie."

The character first appeared in the episode "The After School Special." Nelson was having issues with Bruce taking his lunch money, so his solution was to scare him with a gun at school. Once Jamie learns of this, he goes to the school to search for Nelson but instead runs into Bruce.

"Hey, fellas...I'm lookin' for Nelson. You know 'em? That's my lil homie," Jamie says to Bruce and his crew.

"Yeah, I know 'em. If you tryna jack 'em for his lunch money, I already got that covered," Bruce replies. The bully even tries picking on Jamie before Braxton comes cosplaying as "OG Bullet Lo Dawg."

Fancy arrives with Nelson at the playground, and Nelson sets him straight without violence. Viewers then see the character in the episode "We Got No Game" as one of Jamie's basketball players.
