Kara Brock is Regina on The Parkers, but the actress was all over '90s TV

CBS Television Distribution

"A-A-A" can be heard every time viewers see Regina on The Parkers. She is the goody-two-shoes sorority sister who is "above" everyone else. Kim and the others make sure to remind her that if she's so perfect, she won't be in a community college with them, and that usually is enough to get her to shut up for a few minutes.

In the series' final episodes, it was revealed that Regina was pregnant by Freddy Fabolous — definitely something viewers didn't see coming for the character.

Regina was played by Kara Brock, who was born in Long Beach, California, but raised in Kansas City, Missouri. The actress is best known for her Parkers role, but she was all over the '90s and '00s TV, so — in our most authentic Birdman voice — "put some respect on her name."

Her acting journey began in 1996 as Sara in the recurring role of the television series Moesha. She then graced the screens of television comedies like Sister Sister, Grown Ups, The Jamie Foxx Show, and Girlfriends. When she wasn't entertaining us on television, Brock could be seen on the big screen in films like Love & Basketball.
