Duane Odell Knox is just one part of Kelly Perine's decades-long acting career
"That's Duane!" is what many say when they see Kelly Perine. The Pennsylvania native is primarily known for his hilarious One on One character. Duane Odell Knox was the best friend of Flex Alexander's character, Flex Washington. He wasn't loaded with cash or constantly attracting "supermodels," but he was always working (whether it was a get-rich-quick scheme or legitimate work). The character also often stood his ground; in his eyes, he wasn't Washington's sidekick; he was a man on a mission.
While his role as Duane in One on One may be the most recognizable, Perine's career is far-reaching. He has appeared in 21 Jump Street, Seinfeld, The Drew Carey Show, Coach, Mad About You, Living Single, Hangin' with Mr. Cooper, Malcolm & Eddie, The Steve Harvey Show, The Hughleys, How I Met Your Mother, True Jackson, VP, Austin & Ally, and The Bernie Mac Show.
